I am an experienced manager based in East London with a hybrid of technical skills and proficiency in developing pre and post-sale client relationships. I have worked in both sales and product roles, and am at my best bridging between teams to align understanding and find opportunities to deliver value.
I’m always happy to hear about interesting opportunities – feel free to get in touch below.
After completing a PhD in biological modelling from UCL in 2012, I worked as a researcher and project manager at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government, where I was part of the small administrative team that set up the School and its academic programme. A partnership with Apple Education led to the opportunity to engage in product management as part of my role, working with the University's IT Services to deliver an iPad app used for the programme's learning materials.
From 2013 I worked in Product for a fast-growing regtech startup – Arachnys – where I led a small, expert research team in developing and maintaining a best-in-class library of intelligence sources in 96 languages, built technical partnerships with data suppliers and engaged with clients in banking, finance and investigations to align delivery with requirements.
I joined the payments and revenue delivery platform Paddle in 2017 and built the Solutions function, delivering high-quality technical pre-sales and dedicated implementation support for software clients globally.
In 2019, I became the first in region Partner Solution Architect for cloud communications company Twilio, where I provide enablement and technical advisory to consulting partners in the EMEA region.
Outside of work, I'm a Trustee for LGBT+ chamber choir The Fourth Choir, an occasional runner and guerilla gardner and, currently, a British Sign Language learner.
